Mission Systems Software Engineers (Associate, Experienced, and
Senior) to join the F15 Mission Systems Software team located in
Berkeley, MO. We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer
to design and implement new capabilities in the F-15 Operational
Flight Program (OFP) for both the United States Air Force (USAF)
and international customers. The candidate will join one of the
multi-discipline Agile scrum teams that develop, integrate, and
maintain a wide range of aircraft functionalities. Software
capabilities will be developed for the Advanced Display Core
Processor II (ADCP II), the brains of the Eagle. The successful
candidate will implement and test new cutting-edge capabilities and
integrate them with a variety of other aircraft subsystems. At

Responsibilities:
- Develops, documents and maintains architecture, requirements,
algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- Develops and maintains code and integrates software components
into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans, test procedures and test
environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test
results to ensure software system requirements are met
- Executes and documents software research and development
projects
- Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains,
system-specific issues, processes and regulations
- Troubleshoot software issues
- Works under general directionThis position is expected to be
100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite
at one of the listed location options.Security Clearance and Export
Control Requirements:This position requires the ability to obtain a
Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires
U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret U.S. Security clearance
(Post-Start).Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- 2+ years of experience with professional software
development
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++, Ada, and/or a similar
object-oriented programming language
- 2+ years of experience developing, documenting, and maintaining
architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software
systemsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study,
in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or
other technical degree
- Agile/SAFe development experience
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as GitLab (CI/CD), Git Bash,
Gradle, Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory
- Desirable programming languages include: Ada, C, C++,
Python
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
communicate with stakeholders of different backgrounds and skill
levels
- Experience developing embedded real-time software
- Experience working with Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS) Drug
