Job Description:
The Premier System Float RN - Advanced Care/Critical Care is a
full-time, day shift position (7a-7:30p) with 72 hours per pay
period, supporting multiple regional facilities. The role involves
partnering with patients, families, and teams to deliver holistic
care that promotes safety, professionalism, and nursing excellence.
The RN utilizes evidence-based practices, the nursing process, and
adheres to relevant regulations, serving as a guide, teacher,
leader, and collaborator. This float position requires an associate
degree in nursing (BSN preferred), valid Ohio RN license, current
CPR, and 1-3 years of recent acuity-specific critical care
experience in an acute care setting. The role emphasizes
versatility, adaptability, and commitment to quality patient
outcomes across diverse units.
