The basics of this position:
Responsible for the management and supervision of the academic
advising staff and department initiatives. In collaboration with
the Director, this person maintains operations, policies, and
procedures to ensure students are meeting their educational goals
from entry to completion.

Education, experience, and other requirements:
* Master's Degree and over seven (7) years of academic advising
experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Supervisory experience preferred.
* Bilingual skills preferred.
