Job Description Job Description Multiple Work Sites | $24–$25/hour | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping spaces safe, functional, and efficient? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain multiple work sites with excellence and care. Role Purpose Support and enhance our maintenance program by performing inspections, repairs, and installations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction systems. You’ll also help track and manage equipment, property, and supplies, and respond to emergency service needs. Key Responsibilities • Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple trades: electrical, lighting, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and grounds. • Re-lamp fixtures, install/repair plumbing, replace restroom hardware, clean drains, and conduct mechanical repairs. • Transport and set up furniture, signage, fixtures, and other items as needed. • Collaborate with and train under the Facilities Director. • Use project management technology (preferred). • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate when necessary. • Conduct building inspections and manage open/close procedures. • Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation. • Ensure all premises are safe, secure, and clean.
