What You’ll Do: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapy and adjust care as patients progress Educate and empower patients and caregivers with home programs and safety guidance Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Licensure: Current or temporary Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri Certifications: Current BLS certification (must be active before providing independent care) Experience: New grads welcome! 6 months to 1 year of experience in rehab or with adult/geriatric patients is preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching We Offer Great Benefits: Day-one comprehensive health, vision and dental coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement and employer-matched retirement funds are just a few of the great benefits offered to eligible co-workers, including those working 32 hours or more per pay period!
