What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred). Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Ability to explain insurance claims clearly to homeowners. Physically able to climb and inspect roofs safely. Highly motivated, organized, and accountable with a strong work ethic. Team-oriented attitude with a professional, positive presence. Performance Goals Achieve $108,000 in monthly sales. Maintain a 35% closing ratio. Keep a 50/50 balance between company-provided and self-generated leads. Develop 10 referral partnerships per month.
