WHAT YOU WILL DO (YOUR MISSION)

As our Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
customer satisfaction by facilitating inbound inquiries and
responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
You will also be responsible for maintaining an ample supply of
purchased parts in inventory and collaborating with OPS,
Engineering, and Supply Chain on parts defects.
Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate inbound inquiries for assistance
with parts - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate
manner - Capture customer interactions into the CRM platform and
actively seek methods to elevate customer experience - Recommend
and up-sell parts related to preventative maintenance - Collaborate
with OPS, Engineering, and supply chain on parts defects - Maintain
an ample supply of purchased parts in inventory

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary
and annual uncapped bonus incentive tied to company goals and
