We are a family owned and operated business founded in 1963, and the leader in high performance energy efficient industrial heating and ventilation systems.As our Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating inbound inquiries and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining an ample supply of purchased parts in inventory and collaborating with OPS, Engineering, and Supply Chain on parts defects. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate inbound inquiries for assistance with parts - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner - Capture customer interactions into the CRM platform and actively seek methods to elevate customer experience - Recommend and up-sell parts related to preventative maintenance - Collaborate with OPS, Engineering, and supply chain on parts defects - Maintain an ample supply of purchased parts in inventory With all of our positions, you will be able to jump right into our lean program by making improvements in your workspace to make your job easier.
