Most importantly, in all we do we live our values:Act as One Team by fostering inclusion, collaboration, and respectDrive for Excellence by being agile, innovative, and efficientDo What's Right by acting safely, ethically, and sustainablyPosition Summary:This position will direct key sales and marketing activities to maximize volume and margin in order to achieve the highest return on net assets for the milling division. --Core Functions:Sell grain products to food, beverage and industrial companiesMeets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geographyUnderstands commodity markets and is able to transfer that understanding into competitive sales pricing with our customersTypical accounts would be challenging, high complexity, diverse customers that require ongoing client relationshipsDevelop plan to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targetsDevelops business plan for each account segmentCoordinates use of other Company resources (e.g. technical, advertising) to provide value added services to accountsIndependently prepares sales presentations and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactionsDevelop strong client relationships, which over time provide significant input to planning company product, price and service strategiesSupport supervisors and other sales professional in developing new market opportunities in the marketCoordinates transportation needs between customers and plantsAnalyze and coordinate the production and packaging mix to optimize run-time and supply chain efficiency with operations, packing/loading and logistics managersAddress customer credit and receivable issues as needed Skills/Experience Requirements:--Bachelor's in Business, Ag Economics and/or Marketing preferred Minimum of two to six years experience it sales, food ingredient sales experience preferred. Knowledge of commodity trading and structure.Solid logistics understanding - pricing, equipment types and export dynamicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret dataProficient in MS Office; basic SAP skills preferredMust be a self-starter with ability to work on own initiativeAbility to travel up to 10%Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
