Job Description:

Analyst serves as function lead for Loan Servicing team. This
person leads projects and tasks as directed by Loan Servicing
management related to Loan Servicing, assists in creating and
scheduling servicing and management reports, and assists in the
development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards
and controls related to CML and real estate management to help
ensure the company's regulatory compliance.Responsibilities
- Leads/Manages the cash desk, receipt and reconciliation of all
monthly principal, interest and
escrow payments and tax, insurance and reserve functions.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of the escrow account that holds
tax, insurance and reserve funds
- accounts for outstanding escrow disbursements, monitors bank
statements, etc.
- Manage the cash transfer process for several different accounts
on a semi-monthly basis.
- Maintains accurate accounting of interest bearing escrow
accounts and ensures interest is
allocated correctly to each account.
- Leads the management of RGA's FHLB program for commercial
mortgage loans.
- Generates monthly report to FHLB and upper management,
coordinates pledging of new loans, main contact for FHLB, etc.
- Manages new loan pledging process and ensures ongoing
eligibility compliance with the FHLB.
- Monitors 1099 and 1098 activity throughout the year and
provides final data to tax department on an annual basis.
- Serves as back-up to management for all desks.
- Assists management in creating and updating documentation for
existing processes as well as with implementing new processes in
the servicing area and identifies change, consults with those
involved, creates a plan, tests, etc. RequirementsEducation and
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration,
Accounting, Finance or equivalent
related work experience
- 5+ years commercial real estate loan servicing/customer service
experience Preferred:
- Insurance, financial and accounting services experience Skills
and Abilities Required:
- Intermediate Word, Excel and SQL/Query skills
- Advanced knowledge of commercial mortgage loan theory and
application
- Advanced knowledge of commercial mortgage loan tracking
software applications
- Advanced skills in customer service
- Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and
demonstrate accountability
- Intermediate oral and written communication skills
demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight
deadlines and stressful conditions
- Ability to set goals, multitask and prioritize workload
- Intermediate investigative, analytical and problem solving
skills

State of Colorado: This information is provided per the Colorado
Equal Pay Act. The pay range for this position in Colorado is
$72,340 - 94,100 per year. Base pay varies depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
