US Client Experience (USCX) is a U.S based segment of the Citi
Consumer Banking organization dedicated to Citi s CX strategy. USCX
is tasked with helping the organization deliver best in class
experiences that optimize the client journey. The Chief of Staff
team supporting US Client Experience is looking for talented and
innovative minds to help build the future of Consumer Banking. This
team plays a vital role in managing a broad range of
responsibilities and workstreams across channel, ranging from
product/program management to operational risk management.
Successful candidates will work alongside some of the brightest
minds in the industry. This Chief of Staff team drives scalable
execution of the overall CX strategy, enabling various cross
functional teams to effectively develop, prioritize and deliver
strategic objectives. The US Client Experience Chief of Staff Team
is looking for candidates with a burning desire to support
teammates and drive transformation. This unique team takes special
projects from ideation to implementation, delivering both strategic
and tactical solutions.About the Role:As a valued member of the US
Client Experience Team, the AVP, Senior Business Analyst is
responsible for supporting a wide range of business management and
business administration responsibilities. Citi s mission is to

Analyst will drive processes and manage administrative activities
that enable the U.S Client Experience organization to deliver its
mission, joining a family of more than 200,000 dedicated team

deliver an exceptional client experience. This Senior Analyst will
have the opportunity to work closely with various partners on
special projects across the organization and will apply analytical
thinking and fundamental analysis skills, tools and methodologies
to deliver organizational priorities. The overall objective of this
role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and
investigation of business performance and other measures to gain
insight and drive business planning. Responsibilities may include
strategy development and execution, tracking of business
financials, managing employee headcount and coordination of other
administrative needs. Analyst may work on ad hoc projects as
requested.Responsibilities:
- Project Management support of special projects and strategic
initiatives
- Management of day-to-day operational activities including
management reporting, ad hoc analysis/requests, coordinating with
subject matter experts, creating and/or distributing materials, and
ensuring smooth execution of meetings/events and associated follow
ups.
- Assembly, development and structuring of presentation decks
supporting special projects and executive level reporting
- Assist in the management of our communications process
including organization s newsletters, roundtables, town halls and
leadership meetings
- Assist in managing the end-to-end annual budget planning
process partnering with leadership team and Finance to develop
accurate forecasts for staffing, technology and other
expenses.
- Provide ongoing reporting and analytical support to track
monthly performance, working with management team to understand and
communicate variances and to effectively manage/mitigate risks to
financial plan
- Support monthly headcount reporting process and manage
inquiry/related requests.
- Support our human capital efforts focused on improving our
organizational culture through engagement in our Voice of Employee
(VOE) committee and various strategic people initiatives
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,
demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation
and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets. Drive
compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to
Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing
and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:
- 5-8 years relevant experience, preferably in the financial
services industry,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Financial planning/modeling, project management and analytical
experience.
- Ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex
business issues through concise presentation skills and
quantitative analysis. Ability to build presentations that convey a
clear story supported by data findings.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi-task
productivelyEducation:
