Engineering Design Source, Inc. (EDSI) is a growing Civil Engineering Firm. We are currently expanding our presence in MO and IL. We are looking for a Transportation Engineer to join our team in Chesterfield, MO, Collinsville, IL, or Chicago, IL. This person will serve as Project Engineer on transportation projects and contribute to the growth of EDSI in the Missouri and Illinois Markets.

Responsibilities
EDSI has an immediate opening for a Transportation Engineer . The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience and have a strong interest in being involved in technically detailed design work, interacting with clients and contractors, coordinating with utilities and public agencies, as well as resolving design issues that may include performing field investigations. Responsibilities may include a broad range of planning and design tasks such as roadway design, roadway rehabilitation, ADA compliant designs, bike & pedestrian trail design, traffic signal design, geometric layout, drainage/hydraulics and quantity development.

Requirements
Location: Chesterfield, MO, Collinsville, IL, or Chicago, IL (Remote work or in-office)
Licensing: PE (preferred)
Experience: 3 years (minimum)
Education: BSCE (accredited, minimum)
Computer Program Proficiency (minimum): -MicroStation Geopak and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Department: - Roadway
Schedule: - Full-time
