Founded in 1818, the company is headquartered in White Plains, New York.Overview:This Trade Support position is part of a business team that serves as the liaison between the customer, logistics, credit, and the commercial trading group. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner, using each customer contact as an opportunity to display Bunge s commitment to provide excellent customer service. They will create contracts and pricings, process requests to schedule loads, and apply and invoice shipments.Essential Functions:Create customer contracts and pricings in SAP GTMReceive and process customer requests to schedule shipments and process them by entering them into SAP GTM, communicating the load order to the plant, and communicating load order numbers back to the customerWork with the appropriate commercial team when pricing is needed for a shipment and match those pricings to the load ordersApply shipment tickets to contracts in SAP GTMEnsure all charges and expenses have been correctly added to the tickets and create invoices in SAP GTMProcess and verify that all shipments have been invoicedHandle dispute cases, including corrections of shipment and invoices as necessaryReporting of open Accounts Receivable balances and distribute to the commercial teamAdministration of NOPA quality claim process with in the business unit.Process customer and vendor requests in MDMProvide support for commercial, logistics, and administrative functionsQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Business, such as Finance and Accounting or MarketingOne to three years customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong customer relationshipsExperience in agribusiness or related industry a plusExperience with SAP/Global Trade Management (GTM) is highly desirableDemonstrated proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel and Word.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skillsStrong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization and organizational skillsBunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
