Founded in 1818, the company is headquartered in White Plains, New York.The Risk Trader is expected to continuously contribute to the risk management plans for Bunge Canada. The risk trader executes board margin for Bunge Canada and hedges the risk positions for Canola seed origination. This position also works with the Alliance Advantage Program (AAP) trading the farmer enrolled bushels.Core Functions:Trade and execute board margin on ICE and CME exchangesManage and trade the risk positions for Canola seed originationOversight of Canola positions, to be balanced within limits, and in line with agreed strategic daily plansActively involved in P&L projections communicating with FP&A departmentsUnderstand implied positions, FX, and MTM in forward estimatesActively recommend trading ideas for Seed, Meal and board margin risk positionsActively communicate market intelligence in grain manager and research callsAssist in trading, nightly commentary, and position keeping for AAP programParticipate in AAP monthly calls and communication with the fieldEnsure compliance with Bunge's policies and proceduresTimely and accurate execution, administration, and reporting of risk positionsSkill/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, or Agriculture Economics2+ years of experience in Agribusiness requiredGood knowledge of commodity trading and futures marketsGood computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent communications skillsAttention to detail (accuracy and structured working is a must)Strong organizational, time management, problem solving skillsBunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
