Position Summary:This position acts as the central point of contact forthe Oils, Grain, Crush & Milling Customer Support groups across Bunge North America to provide customers with requested and/or regulatory required information about Bunge and its products.This person interacts with a variety of subject matter experts to provide customer documentation requests.Core Functions:Maintain third party and customer specific databases to provide frequently requested or regulatory required information about Bunge and its products to our customers.Work with the various internal functions to ensureaccurate information is provided to our customers within regulatory and contractual agreement compliance.Provide feedback and assistance to process information that is lacking in our customer/product documentation databases.Continuously work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our product documentation storage and gathering processes.Act as a central point between Sales, Product Management, Regulatory and Operations with respect to product information and documentationWork with sales team and/or customers to understand documentation requirementsand collect the requested/required information for new and existing product (including specifications, nutritional, sustainability, insurance,functional information, etc.)Skill/Experience Requirements:Bachelor s Degree in Business, Science, or related education and job experience.Preferred candidate would possess 2 to 5 years of experience working in a business setting with exposure to Quality, Sales, Regulatory, and/or Marketing functions.Knowledge of systems such as Tracegains, Salesforce, or SAP would be a plusExperience working with Microsoft software (Word and Excel) desiredSelf-started who requires minimal guidance and can portray Bunge core values while advancing Bunge key capabilitiesStrong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization and organizational skillsA base understanding of Bunge Oilseed Value Chain Oil s Product Mix and Operations would be considered a plus.Ability to work in a team environment and possess interpersonal communication skills desiredDemonstrated relationship management skillsStrong verbal and written communications skills combined with the capability to interact effectively with department, company, or customersFull-time position, typically 40+ hours a week with occasional overtime requirements for special projectsTravel Requirements, if any (please indicate percentage):Occasional travel may be required
