Description:Larson Capital Management (LCM) is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Investor Relations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help strengthen relationships with our current investors, assist in raising capital for new investment opportunities, and support communication efforts that build trust, transparency, and engagement across the board. The ultimate goal of this role is to deliver uncompromising service to investors and financial advisor partners, all while modeling LCM's Core Values. Key Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective investors, answering questions and providing timely updatesAssist with the preparation and distribution of existing and prospective investor communications, including offering materials, pitch decks, quarterly reports, and operational updatesCoordinate investor meetings and webinars to showcase new opportunitiesTrack and manage investor interest and commitment pipelines in CRM (Salesforce) Help gather and organize data for investor reportingPartner with the marketing team to ensure branding and messaging are aligned across teamsAssist in creating educational content and FAQs to make investing with LCM simple and seamless Stay informed on real estate market trends and investment industry newsHelp the team identify ways to add value for investors through proactive outreach and educational effortsRequirements:Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, or related field)Background check2+ years preferred in private placement/equity funds and/or commercial real estate Skills & Abilities: Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally Proficiency Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to establish priorities Experience with Salesforce a plus About the Company: Larson Capital Management is a private real estate investment firm rapidly expanding its investment holdings throughout the country.
