for a Supplier Requirements Engineer (SRE) within the Systems
Engineering function in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. This unique
role requires an understanding of engineering processes and the
ability to communicate requirements into a contractually sound
technical document. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad
range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced
Level Supplier Requirements Engineer (SRE). Position
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Engineering disciplines in an integrated team
environment to develop specifications and statements of work for
complex industrial automation equipment systems
- Perform stakeholder needs analysis, technical measure
definition, and requirements analysis, allocation and
definition
- Develop and implement systems engineering processes for
organizations within Engineering
- Use the structured requirements process to ensure requirements
are clear, unambiguous verifiable and affordable This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required
to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Travel may be
required up to 10% of the time; Domestically and/or Internationally
depending on business needs.Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science
- (Level 2) 2+ years of work related engineering experience with
a Bachelor's or work related engineering experience with a
Master's
- (Level 3) 5+ years of work related engineering experience with
a Bachelor's or 3+ years of work related engineering experience
with a Master's or work related engineering experience with a

Summary pay range (Associate, Level 2): $81,600 - $110,400Summary
pay range (Experienced, Level 3): $97,750 - $132,250Applications
