Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking an Electronic System Design & Analysis Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This position will be supporting all major programs in the St. Louis area. The position specifically involves complex Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design for Boeing Defense Systems programs. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry-Level, Associate, and Experienced Electronic System Design and Analysis Engineers.Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements
  • Develops or modifies basic hardware and software designs based on defined requirements
  • Performs system tests to verify operational and functional requirements
  • Supports resolution of product integration issues and production anomalies
  • Researches basic technologies for potential application to company business needsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
    • E xperience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • Level 2: 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      • Designing multilayer High Density (complex) Interconnect (HDI) Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
      • Experience troubleshooting, researching, isolating, and then resolving issues with multi-layered technology in a demanding production environment
      • Printed Circuit Design Tools (Siemens Xpedition)
      • Creating and maintaining component library (logic symbols and footprint) for schematic and PCB layout
      • Analog and Digital design
      • High speed design
      • Knowledge of HDI Technology
      • Knowledge of Institute for Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuits (IPC) Design Standards
      • Creating PCB fabrication and assembly drawings along with PCB fabrication files
      • Presenting designs in engineering design reviews
      • Performing to schedules and ensure timelines are met
      • Working closely with a team of PCB designers and Electrical Engineers
      • Managing multiple projects & determine priorities
