Job Description:
The Site Medical Director provides servant leadership and
medical expertise to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for
underserved communities.
Lead, manage, and mentor medical staff, fostering collaboration and
clinical excellence.
Oversee clinical operations, including supervision, performance
reviews, and staff development.
Collaborate with leadership to develop programs addressing
community healthcare needs, such as team-based care and case
management.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote quality
improvement initiatives.
Requirements include an active medical license in California, board
certification, 5+ years of healthcare experience, and strong
leadership and communication skills.
Preferred experience in ambulatory and FQHC settings; proficiency
in EHR systems; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
This part-time leadership role offers an annual salary range based
on credentials, supporting clinical excellence and community
engagement.
