Do What's Right by acting safely, ethically, and sustainablyPosition Summary:The Salesforce Administrator must understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). They should be proactive, organized, and logical. The administrator will work closely with the global administrator/development teams and be dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on end user needs. They must have excellent technical and communication skills, can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as the "go to" for 500 NA Oils users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and enhancements, and provide analytics, reporting, and training. Additionally, the Administrator will perform data governance activities related to NA Oils both in Salesforce and source data systems such as SAP. Core Functions:Oversee day to day activities related to the administration of the SFDC Platform Proactively seek out and identify needed Salesforce enhancements and gather feedback/requirements from users and continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experienceAssist with determining if/how can be used in the business to promote efficiency and stay current on SF releases and enhancements. Assist with project implementations tied to business initiatives, including leading and facilitating NA Oils user acceptance testing and training end users Communicate regularly with users regarding new features and enhancementsCreate and maintain administrative and business user guidesCommunicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementationCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, campaigns and other objects and functionsCreate new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as neededBuild and manage report folders to improve sales efficiencyCreate and administer training to existing or new users/groupsOnboard and support Local Admins in NAM and other team membersCreate and support team of Super Users within NA Oils Provide tools, metrics and processes in to provide guidance to Sales Leadership to identify, monitor activities, trends, leads and sales activitiesCreate and maintain administrative and business user guidelinesCreate list views, reports, and dashboards that meet business requirements Perform system maintenance and data governanceNew/Deactivation user setup including add/remove user licensesReassign accounts, contacts, and opportunities in response to personnel changesMonitor neglected leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts as appropriateMonitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistanceEnsure data integrity by merging duplicate leads, contacts, and accountsPerforming mass uploads and updates of data as requiredRequest removal of unnecessary fields and dataEnsure screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current business workflowSkills/Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relatable field requiredExperience as a administrator similar CRM product, or relational database3+ years of general business experience in sales, marketing, or customer service 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce.comSalesforce admin certifications a plus Salesforce experience should include use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes Experience with end user training Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with SAP is a plus Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
