Do What's Right by acting safely, ethically, and sustainablyWhat you will achieve:The Customer Experience Design Lead CoE primary responsibility will be to drive user experience from end-to-end, including immersion, ideation, conception, detailed design, prototyping and validation of hypothesis across digital channels for multiple products and areas. Working across multiple cross-functional product teams, the Customer Experience Design Lead CoE will seek to create and influence the creation of user-friendly experiences that facilitate the capture of business impact (e.g., adoption, user satisfaction, and productivity). This role will partner closely with Product Development team(s). The role reports to the Head of Digital and Product Strategy in the BT organization.Primary Responsibilities:Lead a team of UX/UI Designers in providing engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital productsDesign standards and guidance for CX to be embedded into product development, and ensure that visual designs align to company and product brand standardsLead user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeysPerform quality assurance on product executionDrive best-in-class user testing in order to iteratively validate and improve design solutionsCollaborate with other leaders to ensure user insights are tightly integrated into roadmaps and UX process is integrated into Agile cycles of developmentLead the development of shared design documentation and deliverables (e.g., research guides, ideas concepts, clickable prototypes, interface guidelines, test plans)Constantly monitor design trends and user-centered best practices to enrich thinking for design processesRegularly review resource allocation in the COE, work with digital leaders to ensure that COE members are being utilized effectively, and oversee the COE forecast and budgetSet up interaction and knowledge sharing processes among COE members assigned to distinct product squadsSet and continuously evolve the mission and vision for the COE, in line with industry and organization standardsIdentify, hire, develop, inspire, and retain the best talentBasic Qualifications:Bachelors Degree, or equivalent and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience7+ years of UX/UI experience in Digital Environment (Desktop, Web and Mobile)5+ years of experience leading design teams to conduct user research and usability testing in an Agile environmentExperience planning and conducting user/best practices research at various stages of the design processMastery of at least one set of tools covering high-fidelity wireframing, visual design and clickable prototypingDeep understanding of interdependence between user s needs, business expectations and technical requirementsStrong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex product decisions while advocating the voice of the userActive coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team s potentialDemonstrated passion for subject area and ability to organize domain activities and groupsWillingness to challenge the status quoBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
