This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7am-4:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 1145 Corporate Lake Drive, St Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities: -


  • Respond to patient questions in person or over the phone
  • Make patient follow up calls
  • Ask patients for and/or assist patients with completing required paperwork
  • Connect patients with outside resources to promote self care
  • Review and support implementation of patient plan of care
  • Work directly with patients to identify specific needs and/or request adjustments to plan of care
  • Explain and ensure understanding of details related to patient financials
  • Input/update patient demographic data into computer system -
  • Document patient interactions in appropriate systems/logs
  • Enter/process patient financial date -
  • Review/analyze patient financial documents and follow up as necessary
  • Enter patient adjustments -
  • Draft/provide written communications to patients in compliance with company and health plan guidelines
    Apply understanding of evidence-based practice guidelines

    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent experience
    • 1+ years of customer service experience in a hospital, office setting, customer service setting, OR phone support role
    • 1+ years of basic computer experience
    • 1+ years of EPIC experience
    • Ability to work 7am-4:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

      Preferred Qualification:

      • 1+ years of revenue cycle experience
      • 1+ years of customer collection experience -
      • Experience with using Microsoft Office products
        Working knowledge of medical terminology
