First Heritage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Originator for its expanding mortgage company. The Mortgage Originator position is designed to provide mortgage origination services. Providing high quality counseling, advisement and educational prospective for borrowers regarding mortgage programs, rates and documentation requirements by conducting in-depth telephone and occasional face to face interviews.
Candidates must possess a high level of experience with mortgage product guidelines including: Fannie Mae, VA, FHA, USDA & PHFA, well-developed communication skills and the ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities. Minimum 3 years of origination experience, NMLS Licensing necessary. Must live in Missouri and be able to work hybrid.
