Sr Client Service Associate



Our Sr Client Service Associates assist our Financial Advisors with administrative duties up to and including scheduling of customer appointments, providing customer service, and act as a liaison for the Brokerage Administration department.


First Bank offers a hybrid work schedule for this role which includes two days a week in the office at our Four Seasons office (Creve Coeur) and three days a week working from home.

What You Will Be Doing



  • Act as liaison between the Financial Advisor, back office and clients. The level of support is dictated by whether the incumbent is FINRA licensed.
  • Provide clerical/administrative support including the mailing of approved correspondence, photocopying, answering phones.
  • Establish and maintain thorough files and notes.
  • Follow up promptly on client service request for withdrawals, changes, and other needs.
  • Conduct outbound and incoming calls to schedule Financial Advisor appointments.
  • Coordinate referral activities with branch employees, as well as Financial Advisors marketing initiatives.
    What Do You Need for this Position?





    • Associate degree or equivalent in Business or Finance from two-year college preferred.
    • A minimum of two years clerical/administrative experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A minimum of one year of sales and/or customer service experience in a banking or brokerage firm preferred.
    • FINRA licensing desired (S7/S63/Life/Health) or obtain licenses at future date.
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
    • Strong verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
    • Ability to multi task and adapt to situations quickly.
    • Responds to requests and inquires in a timely manner.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
