As a Customer Support Specialist in the powersports and lawn care
equipment industry, you will be helping our customers with product
questions, navigate our sites, and assist with order inquiry or
placement. Our Customer Support Specialists don't require a script
to help our customers because they truly care and are empathetic to
the customer's needs. We are looking for someone who understands
the importance of -promptness, thoroughness, accuracy, and maybe an
occasional pun or two. It's also very important that you genuinely
like to interact with people and are a natural problem solver.

What You'll Be Doing
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers via
phone, chat, and email.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, handling
returns and warranty issues, and any other---ecommerce style
customer service---needs.
Able to multitask between multiple computer programs and
operations
Maintain and be able to troubleshoot website technology competently
to assure customers have the best experience ever.
Communicate with other departments quickly and accurately to relay
information back to the consumer.
Identifying, investigating, and reporting emerging and trending
issues affecting our customers
Additional responsibilities may arise
What We'll Need From You
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
Detail-oriented
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
This is a full-time position, Nights and Weekends.
