Overview:This position will be a working leader who coordinates and ensures the complete and accurate completion of customer support duties for the Key Account Specialist team. This leader ensures that that the team KPI s are met, recorded, communicated, and improved. This position will act as the quarterback for the Key Account Specialist team focused on exceeding customer expectations through using each customer experience as an opportunity to display Bunge s commitment to provide excellent customer service. Essential Functions:Manage a team of Key Account Specialists who are the senior customer service representatives for the top strategic accounts Directly accountable for individual team member performance, KPI targets, and project objectives as well as manages the oversight of work allocation and productivity of individual team members Support portfolio demands through supporting the Key Account specialist to ensure delivery window, inventory availability, and fill rate requirements set by the customer are attainedContinuously seek, initiate, support, lead and implement improvement opportunities and process improvement for the team.Assists in developing new initiatives and makes recommendations for change, focusing on improving the communication, timing, and impact to the customer s experience.Establishes improved avenues of customer interaction and communication, utilizing existing or assisting on the development of new technology, programs, processes, and reporting. Support and collaborate between the customer and internal groups such as the Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain team when Key Account Specialist needs assistance.Synthesize information from various sources for trend identification & action development utilizing analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skillsLead and manage miscellaneous projects and task as prescribed by the Customer Service ManagerTravel as necessary to Bunge facilities and customer meetings Skills & Experience Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equitable practical experience required.3 5 years of customer service experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written phone/email etiquette skills.Strong attention to detail, problem solving, prioritization, time management and organizational skills.Strong ability to multitaskPositive and professional attitudeAbility to give great feedbackAbility to work and collaborate with cross functional teamsSelf-reliant, independent; can be quick and decisive, smart and savvy with good ideas and judgmentStable, adaptive, and able to handle a stressful situation with calm and reason.Flexible, open to change, and can experiment with new solutions to achieve resultsSelf-assured, confident, and secure when making decisions and taking actionFamiliarity with CBOT exchange and fundamentals of futures and basis trading a plusExperience in agribusiness or related industry a plus Experience with SAP, & Tableau a plusDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with special focus on Excel and Word.
