It begins with you. Team Description Our banking team primarily serves small- to mid-sized business clients and their business owners. Job Summary This position has been created to support our continued growth and transform client engagement from a reactive to proactive mindset. -As a Client Success Representative, you will have the opportunity to grow and make a difference. You will be empowered to deliver exceptional service by assisting clients via telephone, email or other digital channels with transactions, account maintenance, and general information regarding Saint Louis Bank's full line of financial products and services including our deposit, lending, and digital products and services. Working directly with our clients, our Client Success Representatives play a key frontline in providing an outstanding experience for our clients. Success in this role comes from good emotional intelligence, high commitment to helping others, creating positive, professional partnerships with fellow team members, proactive follow-up and detailed follow through. Job Responsibilities In this high-volume, fast-paced environment, the selected candidate will be expected to: Assess situations, apply sound judgement and use troubleshooting skills to assist clients Build rapport and process requests, inquiries and issues with accuracy Respond to issues and concerns in a timely and precise manner to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the client and Saint Louis Bank Communicate effectively with clients and team members Ensure clients are informed on how Saint Louis Bank can help make banking easier through education and demonstration of available digital options and introducing them to partners that support their needs Manage and utilize time efficiently to ensure the Client Success Center meets expected key performance indicator goals and service quality for client satisfaction Required Qualifications 2+ years client service experience in financial services, retail sales or related business experienceExperience implementing solutions on behalf of clients, while improving productivity and client satisfaction High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an exceptional client experience High level of emotional intelligence Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced action-oriented environment Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of internet functionality web/mobile Can learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the Saint Louis Bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations Work Environment General office conditions Must be able to work effectively at a computer for extended periods of time Must be able to sit for extended periods of time Regular attendance is necessary Disclaimer - All offers for employment with Saint Louis Bank are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
