Job Description:
Clean Harbors, a leader in North American environmental and
industrial services, seeks experienced Class A or B Commercial
Drivers License (CDL) holders with proficiency in operating manual
transmission vehicles to join our transportation and logistics
team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our mission
of maintaining the highest safety standards while ensuring
efficient transportation of hazardous materials. Your role will
involve direct operations of equipment and vehicles that are
essential to our on-site services which include hazardous waste
disposal and emergency spill responses. Safely transport hazardous
materials in compliance with company guidelines and federal
regulations. Operate manual transmission vehicles and other related
equipment for environmental services. Perform basic maintenance
checks on transportation and operational equipment. Ensure
documentation is complete and accurate for each shift. Respond to
emergency spill situations with the appropriate actions and
protocols. Participate in training sessions and safety meetings.
Strong driving skills with manual transmission vehicles. Experience
with hazardous material handling and emergency response. Ability to
perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Proficient in
maintaining logistical and transport documentation. Medical
