Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join out team! BASIC FUNCTION: Oversee and coordinate the daily Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving activities. Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ensure daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and warehouse helper/assistant performance. Responsible for all products inventory and storage area. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Responsible for all warehouse processes, updates and changes. Main contact person for drivers, division manager and customers to answer questions and solve problems. Maintain products record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status and needs. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Consult and coordinate activities with other departments. Ability to follow OSHA standards of safety and guidelines to ensure compliance JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Break down and build orders Load and unload product form and to trucks Able to drive forklift and electric stand up pallet jack Must learn to use scanner gun and program (wizard) Drive to different location to deliver product Conduct inventories to drivers on a weekly basis both physically and electronically. REQUIREMENTS: Proven warehouse supervisory experience - Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment/exposure to heat, cold and loud noises Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency Ability to input, retrieve and analyzed data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations - Strong organizational and time management skills Shipping /distribution/warehouse experience Coordination Skills Bilingual-Spanish-English Preferred Benefits 401k Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance PTO/sick days Vacation Holiday Pay Competitive Compensation
