Faculty teach from an industry-perspective on various topics, theories, and current best practices in law for paralegals.

*** Candidates must be practicing attorneys licensed in the state of Missouri who are available to teach in-person at the Meramec campus once per week for 8 weeks. ***

• Teach Legal Studies courses in the Legal Studies for the Paralegal programs. Instructors will be responsible for the instruction for all assigned classes, evaluation and assignment of grades, maintenance of student attendance and records, and use of successful teaching methods. Instructors are required to meet all scheduled classes. Instructors should hold all classes with an appreciation and respect for diversity of people, styles, and views. The position would usually staff evening and/or afternoon classes that meet on-campus once a week for eight weeks and includes some online instructional presence.Education, experience, and other requirements: Doctor of Jurisprudence and admission to the Missouri BarPreferred Qualifications:College-level teaching experienceRequired
