TITLE: Tier 3 Legal Service Desk
Location: Remote, USA
Compensation Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Our client services law firms around the nation and they are looking for a Tier 3 Help Desk individual with law firm or legal experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Working as the Tier 3 escalation point on a team of 15 - 20 Help Desk technicians
  
• Communicating with clients and providing in-person and phone support
  
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  
• Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  
• Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    
  • Tier 1/2/3 Help Desk Support experience in a law firm or legal environment
    
  • Strong technical background.
    
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    
  • Ability to work under pressure.
    
  • Strong customer service skills
