motivated, talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our
Systems Engineering team located in Saint Charles, Missouri.
Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems,
Engineers with a multi discipline skill set who can solve problems
and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. This is
an excellent opportunity to work on and around the latest high tech
weapon systems. Team Lead: Ability to lead and coordinate the activities of a
team of 3-10 members, with 5-8 matrixed organizations. Ability to
assess the technical performance of the system or system element,
product, or service and influence product direction to satisfy
technical objectives. Includes using integrated program planning to
align system development efforts with customer needs and business
goals and tracking key performance metrics of the system. Ability
to maintain status in EVM, JIRA, Calendar, and related trackers.
Ability to manage system risk and maturity by regularly assessing
the system's status throughout the program lifecycle. Technical Lead Engineer: Has a solid command of the Boeing
Systems Engineering BPIs, BPGs, DPs, SEBPs, and ESGP or similar
business processes. Ability to mentor early career engineers and
senior engineers transitioning to the Systems Engineering
Discipline. Capability to work with division and other experts to
steer the development of processes. As a part of the Space, Intelligence and Weapon Systems (SIWS)
organization, Precision Engagement Systems (PES) is a dynamic and
growing team with leadership that is focused on attracting and
developing top talent in support of critical missions on Direct
Attack (DA) programs. Connected to our customers' missions, we
deliver unique capabilities through our exceptional talent. The
programs we support in Saint Charles, MO include Direct Attack
weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC and associated derivatives) utilized
on various military aircraft, some ground-based platforms, and
other future contract awards. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed
location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security
Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S.
Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance
Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering
Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science,
Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
qualifications directly related to the work statement. Typically14 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience or
non-US equivalent qualifications. Active DoD Security Clearance Experience in applying engineering processes and principles Experience/domain knowledge of system architecture,
requirements, interface definition, verification, and
validation Experience with systems development and integration Experience modeling or simulating systems Experience with implementation and maintenance of systems
engineering tools, schedules and metrics (i.e. Earned value
management, DOORs, CAMEO) Experience with Model Based Engineering / Model Based Systems
Engineering Experience in design /electrical / software engineering &
analysis Experience in Industrial Engineering or Production
