Solutions Boeing Global Services BGS is seeking an Experienced
Software Engineer in Maryland Heights, MO. --In this role you will
develop C# software for the MQ-28 program, following a SAFe Agile
software development methodology.Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in Agile scrum team responsible for development of
MQ-28 related capabilities
- Develop and integrate software in C#
- Mentor junior software engineers
- Lead implementation of new features
- Investigate and resolve software problem reports / bugs
- Update status of assigned User Stories & Tasks in Azure DevOps
on a weekly basis
- Support project management in facilitating the increment and
iteration planning meetingsThis position allows some telecommuting.
The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at
the listed location option. This position requires the ability to
obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government
requires U.S. Citizenship.An interim and/or final U.S. Secret
Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):
- Minimum 5 years of experience with C# development and the use
of Visual Studio------Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience):
- Experience with SAFe Agile
- Experience with .NET Framework
- Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
- Experience with .NET microservices
- Experience with Azure DevOps (formerly known as Team Foundation
Server (TFS)) for project tracking and CM
- Experience with NuGet packages
- Experience with Automated Unit Test (AUT)
- Experience leading software development teamsTypical Education
& Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD, Master+ 12 years' related work experience).
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard.Relocation:Relocation assistance
