sustainablyPosition Summary:The Senior Human Resources Business
Partner (HRBP) will lead the execution of HR programs integrating
resources efficiently to provide the best service to the
Business.This role will report to the Sr. Director HRBP Food
Solutions and support leaders in North America by collaborating
with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE), HRBPs in other
countries/locations, Bunge Business Services, Legal and
Communications. The Sr HRBP will provide direction to the HRBP,
Commercial
NA Milling and Emulsifiers & Protein and be an active member of the
global Food Solutions HR team. This role aims to improve Bunge's
outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at
the forefront of all actions by proactively gaining insight into
the global Food Solutions strategy.Core Functions:Partner with
department leadership to achieve strategic business objectives and
being an active member of the North America Oils leadership
teamDevelop and maintain solid business relationships with key
leaders, ultimately assuming role of trusted advisor. Develop sound
recommendations through subject matter expertise, insightful
analysis of situations and data and full consideration of all
stakeholder and business impacts. Communicate perspectives, pushing
back when appropriate, and ensure risks/rewards are understood when
analyzing potential outcomes.Provide leaders with the full range of
Human Resources services including, but not limited to, policy and
procedure counsel/implementation, staffing and selection,
performance management, compensation and benefits administration,
and coaching, training and development of local management and
facility personnel.Enhance credibility by taking an active role in
the business. Participate in leadership meetings, interact with
employees at various events, deliver on commitments and provide
responses in a timely manner.Engage in workforce planning,
maintaining an awareness of workforce demographics, bench strength
and operational requirements. Develop strategies to address
workforce gaps and surpluses and proactively work to optimize
talent.Partner with business leaders to assess organizational
design. Provide guidance on organization structure, opportunities
to re-engineer roles and responsibilities, and workforce needs.Able
to simplify complex problems, processes or projects into component
parts, explore and evaluate them systematicallyLead talent
management activities in partnership with business leaders. Guide
performance management program, provide coaching/counseling on
individual development plans and career development, and facilitate
the succession planning process.Thoroughly understand Bunge
policies and procedures, developing and implementing broad policies
and programs in collaboration with Centers of Expertise and
business stakeholders.Maintain a pulse on the organization,
understanding employee concerns, motivations and level of
engagement. Develop and implement strategies to address employee
concerns and cultivate a positive work environmentAt the direction
of Legal and senior HR management, conduct investigations related
to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may
result in disciplinary action.Assist management in implementing the
full range of company employee performance management and
development programs and initiatives, e.g. PMP, IDP, and training
programs.Maintain HR subject matter expertise through continual
self-education and practical application of HR-related
initiatives.Has clear, comprehensive understanding of the link
between HR and Business strategy.Other duties as
assignedSkills/Experience Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Human
Resources, Business or related field required; Master's degree in
business, organizational behavior, HR management or related field
preferred5-10 years of position related functional management
experience, or equivalent combo of education and experience level
and desired minimum 2 years supporting Business leadersProven solid
experience (5-10 years) of operating in a business partner model,
working with local and global managers to create positive business
outcomes;Excellent verbal, written and listening communication
skillsSupport Business Leader on the development and execution of
HR strategies to achieve key Business objectives in area of
responsibilityUse knowledge of Bunge s business, structure and
strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or
eliminate problemsDemonstrated ability to build partnerships,
appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach
others to grow in current or future roles.Ability to travel
