Job Description:
As Premium's HR Business Partner, you'll support all HR and
employee relations efforts for one of Premium's largest and fastest

do? * Align business objectives with employees and management in
designated business units. * Partner across the HR function to
deliver value-added service to management and employees. * Maintain
an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's
financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its
competition. * Guide and manage the overall provision of Human
Resources services, policies, and programs for assigned team(s). *
On-board and off-board employees according to applicable department
policies and processes. * Serve as a direct contact to new/current
employees and provide answers to questions or concerns on a daily
basis. * Fill assigned openings according to time-to-fill metrics
established for assigned client(s). * Facilitate candidate
interviews and client meet and greets where necessary. * Ensures
accurate and timely completion of applicant tracking system
processes; generate requested reports, review for accuracy, and
update management/leadership. * Actively support safety, health,
and wellbeing of Company culture. * Execute pre-employment drug
testing, criminal background checks, and E-Verify process and
policies for applicants. * Analyze and report on various human
resources data for assigned client(s), management, and leadership.
* Assist in training others on Company and human resources
policies, practices, and processes. * Ensure hiring manager
compliance with applicant tracking processes and educate as
necessary. * Assist in the implementation of Company Performance
Management initiatives and educate managers/employees on policies
and processes. * Assist in the processing of all compensation,
bonuses, and commissions for assigned client(s). * Advocate for the
Company and the employees and helps ensure that both are successful
and thriving. * Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and
Company information. * Use Premium's proprietary systems that
maintain field employee information, as well as other systems that
track employee data, performance management ratings, applicant
tracking systems, etc. How will you succeed? * Demonstrate
proficiency in selection of capable employees through effective
screening processes. * Thriving on independence and without
supervision. * Using sound judgement when making decisions. * Being
detail-oriented and organized. * Effectively managing time and
multi-tasking. * Maintaining a flexible work schedule including
nights and weekends during high demand times to meet with field
managers across different time zones. What experience should you
have? * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Human Resources
Management. * Minimum three (3) years human resource/talent
acquisition experience. * Minimum one (1) year in employee
relations experience required. * Experience in general employment
laws in all fifty (50) states/US territories necessary. * Extensive
knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, federal and state laws
regarding employment practices required. * Retail/merchandising
and/or consumer package goods and/or field marketing and/or
wireless industry experience a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; experience in
Google Drive; Google docs; slides; etc., ideal. So, are you
