Job Description:

A health services organization in Illinois is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team in Perry County for a 3-day assignment conducting dermatological examinations in a wellness setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day
• Schedule: June 15-17th
• Hours: 8am to 4pm
• Setting: Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Conducting visual skin examinations
• Identifying sun damage and suspicious moles
• Providing sun-protection guidance
• Documenting in EMR
• Ensuring a caring and positive patient experience
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Master's Degree
• IL Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• EMR proficiency
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience conducting screenings
• Advanced Degree in Dermatology
• Certification in Skin Cancer Screening
• Dermatology certification
• Proficiency in Sun Care recommendations
