Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,158 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 20 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid State License Required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Experience with orthopedic or plastics post-surgical skills (either one acceptable) EPIC charting system experience Description: The average daily census is 14 patients. The unit is equipped with 26 rooms and 41 beds. The patient population includes short-stay orthopedic, urology, and plastics surgery patients. The orthopedic population primarily consists of joint replacement surgery patients. The nurse will be responsible for managing surgical drains. The patient ratio during day shifts is 1:4-5. During night shifts, the patient ratio is 1:4-6. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Floating may be required within the medical-surgical unit to meet facility needs.
