Job Description:
SSM Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Lead to join
our team. As a valued member of our healthcare system, you will
play a pivotal role in ensuring that our nursing services are
delivered with clinical excellence and compassion across our
Midwest facilities. This position requires a dynamic individual who
can effectively coordinate patient care activities and support
nursing staff across the department. Coordinate daily patient care
operations within the nursing department. Serve as a clinical
leader and mentor to nursing staff, promoting a culture of
excellence and continuous improvement. Implement and evaluate
patient care protocols and standards. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in the
hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel. Maintain
open lines of communication between all members of the healthcare
team. Provide direct patient care as needed. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in clinical operations and patient care
management. Adept in using healthcare software systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
preferred.
