As an Echosonographer, you will utilize state-of-the-art equipment to perform ultrasound examinations primarily concerned with the heart (echocardiograms). You'll work alongside skilled healthcare professionals, contributing directly to diagnosing and treating cardiac conditions, while helping to maintain our standard of care which focuses on holistic patient well-being in line with our Catholic, not-for-profit healthcare philosophy. Perform echocardiographic examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Prepare patients and diagnostic equipment for imaging procedures. Analyze findings and provide preliminary reports for physician review. Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to the ultrasound procedure. Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure effective and safe use of equipment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Proficiency in the operation of echocardiography equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by ARDMS Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
