dynamic Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our residents
in the comfort of their own homes. Must be licensed in the State of
Missouri as a Registered Nurse, have excellent communication and
computer skills as well as reliable transportation. Job Description
: Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders
and care plans Administer medications, treatments, and injections
as prescribed Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care
strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to
ensure quality care Maintain compliance with state, federal, and
