Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,030 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63110! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Telemetry/Step-Down License: Valid State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Telemetry/step-down experience required. Experience with EKG interpretation and management of cardiac drips is essential. Description: The role involves providing care to patients in a telemetry/step-down setting. Ratios are typically 1:4-5. Weekend availability is required every other weekend. Candidates must have previous charge experience and a solid understanding of telemetry protocols. Experience with the management of dysrhythmias, post-cardiac angiogram care, and pre/post cardiac surgery care is vital. Familiarity with interpreting EKGs and managing cardiac medications is essential. The unit will support a variety of diagnoses including CHF, arrhythmias, ACS, heart valve disease, CAD, and pulmonary hypertension. Procedures performed in this setting may include cardiac catheterization, pacemaker placement, and echocardiograms. Additional responsibilities may involve patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient outcomes. Clinicians may be required to float within the service line to meet facility needs. Applicants must have experience with the EPIC charting system. References may be requested as part of the hiring process.
