Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,300 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1-2 years preferred License: Valid state license required Certifications: BCLS, NIH required Must-Have: Cardiac telemetry experience, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry on a nephrology unit. The nurse will work night shifts with a patient ratio of 1:5-6. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of telemetry experience, but first-time travelers are accepted. Weekend shifts are required, set at 2 shifts every other weekend. Nurses will float within the scope of their practice to meet facility needs. The hospital is equipped with various interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Patient diagnoses include COVID, unstable cardiac conditions, and renal failure. Special procedures include peritoneal dialysis. The nursing team will have access to special equipment such as lift devices. Candidates must complete all necessary compliance requirements prior to the start date.
