Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,300 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: 2 years minimum required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BCLS and NIH required; ACLS and CPI preferred Description: Telemetry nursing involves the continuous monitoring of patients’ heart rhythms. The nurse will manage cardiac medications and drips without titration. The nurse will provide care for cardiac patients, including pre and post-operative care. Experience in telemetry and reading rhythms is required. The nurse will be assigned a patient ratio of 5-6 patients per shift. Weekend shifts are required, specifically 6 weekends within a 6-week period. No artificial or nail enhancements are permitted, and blue scrubs are required. The nurse will work weekends and holidays as scheduled. The position allows the clinician to float within scope to meet facility needs. Proper interpretation of dysrhythmias is essential. Candidates should be prepared to manage various cardiac drips. Additional skills such as IV management and oxygen administration are necessary. The environment involves interdisciplinary support, including physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates must be able to complete labs within 48-72 hours of signing on.
