The Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN OR) is responsible for providing safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role includes assessing patient needs, preparing the operating room, ensuring proper sterile techniques, assisting surgeons and anesthesia teams, and monitoring patients throughout surgery.
