for experienced Registered Nurses with a focus on medical-surgical
and neurosurgical care. This contract position offers a chance to

attractions. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive patient
care on a Neurosurgical unit utilizing the nursing process. -
Manage care for patients with neurological diagnoses, including
those recovering from neurosurgical procedures. - Maintain
professional accountability for assigned patients and evaluate care
provided by others. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary
teams to coordinate effective patient care. - Adhere to patient
confidentiality and rights. Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN)
license with at least 1 year of inpatient acute care experience in
Medical-Surgical and Neurosurgical nursing. - Current BLS and NIH
Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications. - Ability and willingness to
serve occasionally as charge nurse (training provided). -
Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM). - Experience
with electronic medical records, preferably EPIC. - Strong team
player with patient-centered focus. - Willingness to float within
scope as required. Additional Details: - Contract duration: 13 to
26 weeks. - Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 (option for up to 48). -
Weekend shifts expected every other full weekend. - Flu vaccination
required during flu season, with exemptions subject to approval. -
Dress code: Black scrubs. - No on-call responsibility. - Patient
