This includes chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, symptom management, pain management, palliative care, and hospice care. The care is moderate to high acuity and includes high complexity interventions. Care is coordinated by a multidisciplinary team including oncology trained nurses, advanced practice nurses, case managers, social workers, spiritual care, pharmacy, psycho-social support and our physician team.
