for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date:
ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours,
nights - Employment Type: Travel 2911726 RN - Stepdown Years of
Experience: 2 year(s) Note: must have been at the bedside within
the last 6 months; some ICU exp. or high acuity stepdown required
due to the high acuity of this unit. Certfications:Certs marked
with * are preferred ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Interdisciplinary Support:
Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services,
Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary - Patient Diagnoses:
Acute Medical Care Unit, essentially a step-down from ICU. -
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Titration of vasopressors,
sedation medication, insulin drips, trach vents, art lines,
external pacemakers, chest tubes. - Special Equipment: Bipap, Opti
flow, art line Ratios: 1:4 Years of experience REQ: 2 years
First-timers accepted: N Weekend REQ: 2 shifts every other weekend.
For day shift it is every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday. For
night shift it can be Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday -depends
