Job Description:
Mercy St. Louis - NICU New Graduate Nurse Residency Full Time,
36 hours per week Night Shift Benefit Eligible! Start Date: Monday,
January 19th, 2026 Who We Are: Mercy NICU wants YOU to join our

Level IV NICU. With an average daily census of 88 babies, you will
take care of a variety of neonatal conditions in both premature and
full term babies. Our robust 16 week fellowship prepares you to
deliver safe and quality care in an environment that is aligned

We Offer Great Incentives: - Residency Training Program,
specialized/unit-specific - Shift Differential Pay - Benefits that

Nursing Degree from an accredited school - Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Preferred Experence: Patient
Care/Tech Exp - License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact
state or pass boards - New graduates must obtain within 90 days of
graduation date. - Certifications: Basic Life Support certification
