Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Pending license accepted at manager's discretion Certifications: BLS, ARRT Must-Have: Work experience with outpatient, inpatient, and adult ICU required. Experience with PACS, C-Arm, contrast, and biopsies is required. Experience with stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, nephrogram, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, vascular studies, venous access, neuro studies, GU, abdomen and pelvis, and upper/lower extremity is required. Ability to use and deploy pushable/detachable coils is required. Ability to use micro catheters and micro wires is required. Ability to use snare kits is required. Ability to use injector systems, preferably ACIST, is required. Epic experience is required. Description: Position for an Interventional Radiology Technician is available for an immediate start. The shift schedule consists of four 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. First-timers are accepted for this position. Call rotation is required, with an average of 10 days per month, including weekends. Clinicians will not float within their scope to meet facility needs. Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility. Requests for time off must be submitted with the application, and additional requests after confirmation will be at the manager's discretion. A guaranteed 36 hours of work per week is offered. Candidates should have experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings and with adult ICU. Experience with various interventional procedures and related technologies is essential. Selected candidates will be provided with scrubs. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements is mandatory, with medical or religious exemptions allowed. Flu vaccination requirements are currently unknown.
