Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Hospice - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days Join our team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Hospice Registered Nurse for an 8•week, 40•hour contract. Flexibility to float and occasional weekend work required. Responsibilities: • Deliver compassionate in•home hospice care. • Document using HCHB and OASIS, with same•day submission. • Manage 20•25 cases weekly, achieving 26•28 productivity points. • Attend weekly in•person office meetings. Qualifications: • Active RN License and BLS certification. • 2 years of recent in•home health experience. • Proficient in HCHB and OASIS, including Oasis E post•January 2023. • Strong independent work and time management skills. Additional Information: • 2•3 days of orientation and team introduction. • Flexible scrub color. • No on•call or overtime. • Pre•approved time off must be made up.
